Musician Alejandro Sanz is selling luxurious property in Miami Beach. The mansion is located at sunset lake along the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Spanish singer’s home was on the market back in 2014 with an asking price of $18,000,000. The price has been lowered to an asking price of $12,999,000.

The mansion has been restored since it first was built in 1933 featuring decoration from late legendary designer Wallace Tutt.

The designer was known for his unique style and exquisite taste, he was, in fact, responsible for making Versace’s mansion a South Beach icon.
