The American entrepreneur, Russell Weiner, is now dabbling in the flipping-house businesses. He has already succeeded in other enterprises that granted him the billionaire status.

He purchased two luxury residences, one in Miami and the other one in California. Weiner intends to sell the properties for $35M and $28M, respectively.

NBA star Chris Bosh reduced the price of his Miami Beach home to $15.95 million, $2 million lower than the original asking.
