Formula One Champion Lowered his Tribeca Penthouse's Price to $52M

The Tribeca penthouse owned by six-time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, was listed last February for $57M and now is being relisted with a down cut price of $52M.

The property is not Hamilton’s permanent residence, which is a plus since the new owner will enjoy a practically “new” condo.

The residence is more than 8,900 sq-ft of interior space and 3,426 sq-ft of a private outdoor rooftop that includes a pool, and outdoor kitchen, allowing lovely views of the city and the Hudson River.

The luxurious condo has five-bedrooms, a master suite with a fireplace, a separate dressing room, an open dining room, a library/den, a formal living room and a chef’s kitchen. As a bonus, the three-story residence has a private elevator that opens on each floor.
