Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, who is a fashion designer, are selling their gorgeous L.A mansion for US$28,650,000. The couple is still waiting for trial regarding the college admission scandal.
The single-family home that is next to the Bel-Air Country Club Golf Course, is six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, encompassing 14 rooms total.
According to the spouses, the sale is not related to the scandal, in fact, the reason is they love real estate and are passionate about architecture, there is why they choose to experience other residences.
The interiors are astonishing, as you can see in the pictures, the Spanish-style home is spacious and well decorated, having high-quality finishes.
The mansion is 4,500 square feet set on over an acre of land, featuring a gym, a library, a private sauna, her and his bathrooms and closets, a spacious master suite, a swimming pool, green lawns, patios, and decks. Besides, the property is located in a privileged site, overlooking the Los Angeles Skyline.
The actress and her husband purchased the property back in 2015 for US$13.9 million and two years later listed the home for 2.5 times more than what they bought it for, however, in 2018 the couple pulled the listing off the market, until now. See the listing here!
