Former Yankee, Andy Pettitte, Lists NY Home for $3.5M

The Yankees legend, Andy Pettitte, is letting go of his home in Purchase, NY for $3.5M. The athlete has owned the house since 2007 when he purchased it for $3.98M which is a bit more than what he is currently asking for the NY estate.

The colonial-style residence was built in 2002, and features 6,800 sq ft of living space, including six bedrooms, 6 and a half bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. 

At the entrance, visitors can find a two-story foyer with a curved staircase, leading to a formal living room. The main floor also features a formal dining room, a large kitchen with a center island, granite counters, and a pantry. In addition, the kitchen has a glassed-in breakfast and family room with a fireplace.
