Detroit Pistons All-Star Blake Griffin has listed his home in Los Angeles for $12 million, following his trade from the Los Angeles Clippers earlier this year. He had originally purchased the property in 2014 for $9 million.
Griffin’s colonial-inspired traditional is located in the Riviera neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, surrounded by privacy trees. The house welcomes visitors with a double-height entrance foyer complete with dark hardwood floors. The home covers 9,600 square feet, including six en-suite bedrooms, a dining room with a coffered ceiling, and a living room with built-in niche shelves and a modern fireplace. The master suite is fitted with a private sitting area, a fireplace, a private terrace, two dressing rooms, and a bathroom with heated floors.
Additional features include a home theater, an entertainment lounge, and a large yard with a full outdoor kitchen, a sports court, and a saltwater swimming pool.
